Cayman Islands Meals on Wheels delivers more than meals — we deliver care, dignity, and connection. Every day, we provide free, hot, nutritious meals to more than 300 seniors across Grand Cayman, helping them remain nourished, cared for, and supported in the comfort of their own homes.

Our service empowers older adults to maintain their independence and self-worth while aging with dignity. But Meals on Wheels goes beyond food. With the support of over 130 dedicated volunteers, each delivery includes a friendly face, a brief wellness check, and a moment of genuine human connection.

For many seniors, this may be the only visit they receive that day, easing loneliness and reminding them they are valued members of our community.
