Cayman Islands Meals on Wheels (MOW) delivers more than just meals - we deliver care, dignity, and connection. Each day, we provide free, hot, nutritious meals to over 330 seniors in need across Grand Cayman.

Our service empowers individuals to maintain their independence and self-worth while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. But Meals on Wheels goes beyond food: with the help of over 130 dedicated volunteers, we offer companionship and a friendly face, helping to ease the isolation that so many seniors experience.

Together, we're building a stronger, more caring community one meal, one smile, one visit at a time.
